M16 Ministries

For some time now some of you probably know I am becoming more outspoken on issues of bad ministry I encounter when working with ritual abuse survivors.  Sadly the church is still stuck in the B-movie version of ritual abuse because of Rebecca Brown's wide popularity with her book, He Came to Set the Captives Free. Which read more of a fictional horror story than focusing on the realities of the lives of Christian men and women who were survivors of horrific childhood ritual abuse. Not a whole lot is known in the church about survivors and ritual abuse. I know I was completely broadsided by the reality of what survivors endured, back when Jesus drafted me into this ministry around 2010. It still continues to be a learning curve and stretch me in ministry. By the sheer nature of its complexities, there have been some gross misunderstandings of what ritual abuse is. Back in 2007, when God started my spiritual warfare ministry (notice how I phrased that), I had no idea what deliverance ministry was. Long story short (covered in A Field Guide to Spiritual Warfare - the Power to PULL the IMPOSSIBLE from the HEAVENLY REALMS ), I found myself several months later on the streets of San Francisco, doing homeless ministry, through Bob Johnson's City Ministries, Night Strike on Friday nights. My very first night on a Night Strike, I was in the Tenderloin with my team, led by husband and wife, Wayne and Diane. Also on our small team were, Matthew (aka Hollywood) whom would stay on with me later as a key Night Strike member, and Mark, who was the youth pastor, from Harvest Christian Church (but has since moved on). On the streets, we encountered a homeless woman, I handed her some warm soup and started talking with her. I asked her if she would like for me to pray with her. She took a sip of her soup and replied, "Oh, sure. That would be nice....

In this installment, I would like to address a situation I have witnessed far too many times now in my counseling sessions with survivors of severe trauma and ritual abuse. Souls that are struggling with Dissociative Identity Disorder (D.I.D.), what I refer to as a fractured soul, can have what is called a Christian host. That is a primary presenter, in the multiple identity fabric of consciousness that is saved and has a spiritual life. Because dissociation occurs in children who experience prolonged trauma in their childhood stages of development. Some identities in the system, when the person is an adult, tend to have a Christian host that is seeking healing from Jesus, and deep inside the consciousness of the soul, there are also parts that hate Jesus and want nothing to do with Him. This duplicity exists for two primary reasons, one the child may have called out to Jesus for help when the trauma was occurring and received no help, or two, a false Jesus was involved in ritual abu...

Last November I had the pleasure to be interviewed on Laura Maxwell's radio show - The Supernatural on Eternal Radio. Laura has an incredible ministry of reaching New Agers and spiritualists with the Gospel. I was interviewed for a Halloween show on the subject of Ritual Abuse and Mind Control. Supernatural Ministry and Inner Healing in SF Many times in the church we ask God to take us out of our comfort zone.  If you want to step into supernatural ministry this is a must. A lot of times people don't comprehend what stepping out of your comfort zone means. People used to ask me to pray over them so they would have the impartation to go out on the streets to minister to the homeless. I noticed these people I prayed over never showed up to minster in the streets. What they needed was a Friday night couch impartation . So I quit praying over the people who asked me to be released into the streets. It was a waste of my time. I did notice that the people who showed up to minister on the streets were blessed immensely by their sacrifice. God would show them the supernatural. These were super special people operating in the supernatural who were just dependable and consistent. There is a nickels worth of free theology there. PART I - Working with Survivors of the Occult and Severe Trauma A CRASH COURSE On Saturday, March 5, at the Bay Area Sunday School Convention (2016),  M16 Ministries and In the Potter's Hands Christian Counseling put on a crash course in working with survivors of the occult (ritual abuse) and severe trauma. Toni Taigen of In the Potter's Hands, and myself, usually have a 2 hour presentation each on the subject matter, and that's barely the tip of the ice berg. AT B.A.S.S., we each spoke for about 15 minutes to drive the point home on the topic. And afterwards we had a 45 minute Q & A Session. In this section I am going to make the basic introductions and open with the objectives of the discussion for this training session. It must be the end of the year! My email inbox is starting to fill up with requests from other ministries to donate to them at the 11th hour before the end of 2015. I enjoy reading the marketing strategies of some of these telethon like campaigns. Some ministry campaigns strategize on the emotions and urgency, “Clock is ticking!”, or “It’s not too late!”. When I read those captions, it doesn’t feel right in the spirit with me. I know it’s the end of the year and we’re all closing our books on 2015. We’re 501c3s we have to show no profit to the IRS. Sure the bank account will be dry. I just feel in my spirit that for me, M16 is a supernatural ministry and all my campaigning for fund raising will happen during a 21 day Daniel fast at the start of the New Year. Oh wait, that is tomorrow. I am pretty much at ease God is in control of 2016. So rather hit you with a “a time is running out” campaign, let’s look at what God has done through M16 Ministries in 2015. Helping those ...
